Two men paraded half-naked with stolen dog in Bayelsa

                       
Two men were stripped half naked and paraded for allegedly stealing a dog in Agudama-epie, Yenagoa, Bayelsa state on Tuesday .
Omoke samuel, the President of the akassa national youth association(ANYA) wrote on his Facebook page:

"Two boys that stole my dog this morning"
