NYC bar calls out Kendall Jenner for not tipping bartender

 A New York based bar, Baby's All Right is claiming Kendall Jenner, did not leave a bartender a tip during a recent outing.  
The bar, via its Instagram account,, posted a shot of a receipt they claim is Kendall's. The total was for $24 and was put on Kendall's credit card.  While she signed the receipt, she left  the tip line blank, .
