Another thief caught in Delta during operation, grabbed by his underwear (Photos)

Just few minutes after we reported a similar incident about a thief caught stealing a generator and made to swim a dirty water, another suspected thief have been caught  during an operation in Isiokolo area of Delta state.

 After he was beaten, he was also disgraced as he was paraded in his underwear before the arrival of security operatives who took him into custody.
