Operatives of Onelga security outfit, ‘OSPAC’ in Rivers state, reportedly foiled a kidnap attempt along Sambo road the Omoku area of Rivers state this morning by a group of criminals led by Efiechukwu Ukaegbwu, a native of Oguta, Imo state.
It was gathered that while his gang members escaped, Ukaegbwu was arrested.
