Just in: EFCC discovers over N400m in an abandoned bureau de change in Lagos

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), just discovered over N400m in an abandoned bureau de change in Lagos. The officials of the commission are still counting the money they found in the abandoned building.
