A woman has been seriously injured after a neighbour poured hot water on her. According to an artist Ugo Jesse, who posted the video yesterday, he saw the woman in pain at an uncompleted building and was told a neighbour poured hot water on her after a quarrel. Watch the video after the cut..

So i got up this morning to pick up left over cigeratte stick for my art...in the process i got into one uncompleted building some streets away...behold i met this old lady in pain who was poured hot water by her neighbour....i no be blogger ...this was what i could scoop....#fight no good o cc: @instablog9ja @chinnysblog
