Just look at what what this guy posted on Twitter

This Twitter user posted a photo of their 'helper's' first day at work, obviously doing it wrong by washing the dishes in the bathroom.

                 
But instead of the guy to quietly correct her, he took a photo and posted on Twitter.
Why didn't he just sit her down and show her how things work instead of posting her on Twitter?
