First transgender beauty pageant in Indian, Miss Transqueen India which is aimed to celebrate gender fluidity and enhance the profile of India's trans community, has just been held.
The pageant saw the winner been given the opportunity to represent India at the International Queen pageant in Thailand in March 2018.
26-year-old Kolkata-based Nitasha Biswas emerged India's very first "Trans Queen."
