Jamoneisha Merritt ,11 is said to be recovering after she was doused with boiling water during a sleepover.Her 12 year old attacker has been charged with assault and reportedly tried to kill herself.
Parents are being told to warn their kids against practicing the sick hot water challenge prank in which an unsuspecting person has boiling hot water dumped on them. In other cases, people willingly try to consume boiling water.
