Internally displaced persons can now heave a sigh of relief as superstar artiste, Tuface, has made a "big" donation to them.
The singer made a cheque presentation on Monday, February 27th, to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Lagos.
Tuface who talked about how the conditions of those in IDP camps moved him to donate
when he visited them, said;
"The conditions I met the internally displaced persons, when I visited their various camps were terrible. They were really terrible.
"The 2Face Foundation has, therefore, decided to enter into partnership with the UNHCR to see how we can help put smiles on the faces of these persons. My foundation is today presenting this cheque to the UNHCR to support it in its operations of alleviating the sufferings of these IDPs."

In another dramatic raid, the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Oyo/Osun Command, has seized 9,000 bags of imported rice in a warehouse in a market in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The Controller, Temitope Ogunkua, who vowed to stop illegal importation of goods, said during the night raid of the warehouse in an undisclosed Ibadan market, one suspect was arrested.
